支払方法：クレジットカードによる決済とコンビニ払いがご利用頂けます。支払時期：クレジットカードでは商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。コンビニ払いの場合はお支払い手続き完了後に商品の準備及び発送手続きを致します。

商品のお届け時期

配送は、決済を完了した日から土日祝日を除く営業日3～5日以内に発送致します。(休日含む場合は休日後より発送手続きなります)
但し、カレンダーに基づく祝日に準じ営業しておりますので、ゴールデンウィークやお盆シーズン、年末年始などのお休みを頂いております際は、発送は休日明けとなりますのでご了承ください。

返品について

●当リサイクル着物は、店頭にて販売している商品と対応は同じとさせていただいております。目立つ傷やシミ等は写真にて掲載しており、その他の部分に関しましても何度も目視にて商品の状態を確認しておりますがまれに見落とすようなごく小さいシミなどもある場合がございます。
万が一商品を受け取ってからのお客様自身で商品のシミなどがみつかりました場合にも、大変申し訳ございませんが、リサイクル着物という点と着物の状態を理解していただいた上でご購入いただいたということで販売成立とさせていただいております。
ご購入後の返品、返金、ほかの商品との交換は行っておりませんので何卒ご理解をお願い申し上げます。
